Terms for the waitlist.

These terms cover one thing: joining the Content Caliber early-access waitlist. They are not a software agreement — a full subscription agreement will be provided before you are ever asked to pay for anything.

What joining does

Submitting your email adds you to a list. It does not create an account, does not reserve a subscription, and does not oblige you to buy anything. It costs nothing.

What we commit to

We'll email you when your early-access spot opens, plus occasional updates about the launch. We won't sell, rent, or share your address — see the privacy notice for exactly what we store and why.

What we don't promise

We can't guarantee when — or whether — your spot opens. Access is granted in waves, at our discretion, and we may change the product, the plans, or the timing before launch. Any pricing shown on this site is indicative of our launch intent, not a binding offer, until you're presented with a subscription agreement.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Search engines and AI answer engines are third-party systems nobody controls.

Leaving

Email hello@contentcaliber.co and we'll remove you. No process, no retention offer.

Law

Dutch law applies, and the competent Dutch courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, this doesn't remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Changes

If these terms change materially before launch, the date at the top changes with them.
