Who we are

Content Caliber, operated by Sevak Mardirosian (Netherlands), runs contentcaliber.co and is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at hello@contentcaliber.co.

What we collect

Only what the waitlist form sends, and only when you submit it:

• Your email address — so we can tell you when your early-access spot opens.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent — to stop automated abuse of the form.
• Which form you used and the time you signed up.

That's the entire list. This site runs no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Your email is used to send you one message when your spot opens, plus occasional launch updates. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Your IP address and user-agent are stored to detect and block automated abuse of a public form. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after launch. IP addresses and user-agent strings are deleted after 12 months.

Who else sees it

Nobody. The list is stored on infrastructure we operate ourselves. We do not sell, rent, or share the list.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, or withdraw your consent — at any time, for any reason, by emailing hello@contentcaliber.co. We'll act within 30 days. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect processing already carried out.

If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
